Heavy-duty shredder for difficult recycling applications
The proven four-shaft industrial shredder has been tried and tested under difficult conditions and is characterized by very high reliability, ability to handle non-shreddable materials as well as a very broad application range. Its sturdy design and rugged and reliable cutting system is particularly well suited for continuous multi-shift operations.
The medium-sized quad shaft RS series shines especially in difficult applications. Thanks to the modular design and the various cutter configurations these four-shaft industrial shredders are particularly flexible in their use. Moreover, it is possible to customize speed, torque, cutting chamber size and perforated screens to your requirements. This ensures highest flexibility with maximum reliability.
In contrast to high-speed systems, these shredders are particularly resistant to foreign objects. If a cutting disc detects a foreign object, the machine stops immediately. This prevents damage to the cutting unit. In addition, the drive permits frequent reversing, which is particularly beneficial when shredding problematic materials. The integrated perforated screen quick replacement system that comes standard permits the quick and efficient replacement of the perforated screen.
The machines can also be equipped with additional separating and conveyor technology, customized hoppers and substructures and control expansions. We offer comprehensive solutions from one source!

Four-shaft shredding system
As the innovator of the four-shaft cutting system (patent no. 319535), we have improved these products continuously and adapted them for new markets and applications. Due to their rugged design and high productivity, four-shaft shredders are often used for difficult to shred materials. Thanks to the unique design, both initial and final shredding occurs in just one step.

We are also happy to provide infeed and discharge conveyor belts. These will be optimally adapted to the on-site conditions and the desired throughput performance of the shredder.
Ram device supports
A ram device supports the shredder when processing bulky material. At the same time the ram device increases the machine's throughput.
Central lubrication system
The central lubrication system supplies all important bearing points with sufficient lubricant which results in a considerable reduction of maintenance effort for the operating personnel and of machine downtimes.
