The material is pulled in by the slow-running, low-noise 2-shaft cutting system, eliminating the need for a ram device. Robust, wear-resistant cutting discs made from case-hardened stainless steel ensure a long service life.
The solid, form-locked machine casing ensures a long lifespan. Thanks to the compact design, the 2-shaft shredder is easy to integrate in existing production processes.
The shredder is particularly low-maintenance as a hydraulic system is not required. The powerful, yet energy-efficient 7.5 kW drive motor keeps energy costs low.
The automatic detection of non-shreddables with shut-off function and the automatic
reverse function in case of engine overload protect the drive unit against damage. The automatic shut-off function shuts down the machine when idling, further lowering energy costs.
The S25 is a very compact shredder, which is well suited for continuous operation thanks to its robust design in combination with a foreign object-resistant cutting unit. The S25 is also optionally available as a "plug and shred" option. This gives you the utmost flexibility.

The shredder is designed for continuous operation in a multi-shift environment. The special sealing of the bearings and gearbox, the internal wear plates, and the wear-resistant cutting unit make it particularly low maintenance and ensure very high process stability. Thanks to its compact design the machine requires little space and can be easily integrated into existing systems.
The S25 is available in a mobile version with stand, control, and a 64 gallon discharge bin as a "comprehensive solution". Just set up, plug in, and shred. The machine can be optionally equipped with a conveyor system for feeding and material discharge.
