The drive system with a water-cooled synchronous engine ensures the ZR mobli-e consumes less energy with significantly higher performance compared to conventional types of drives. The wear-free direct drive reduces maintenance costs, because no belt or stub shaft is required. The load-dependent speed control ensures high throughput.
The quick-release power plug ensures that the ZR mobil-e can be quickly and safely connected to the external power supply.
A compact and economical gas engine generates the necessary energy for the crawler track with the help of a generator. The machine can therefore be easily maneuvered to any desired location.
Thanks to the UNTHA quick-change cutting system, both the H and the W cutting systems of the ZR may be removed and replaced by a new unit within no time.

The ZR mobil-e represents a revolutionary machine concept in mobile shredding. It utilizes the many advantages of the electromechanical drive without having to forego the benefits of a mobile machine. This guarantees maximum economic efficiency and flexibility.
The mobile version of ZR, namely the ZR24000 mobil-e, is used for coarse processing (90 % < 300 mm) household waste, bulky waste, commercial and industrial waste, waste wood, mattresses, carpets, mixed construction waste, railway sleepers, baled goods, and rolled goods. The aim of shredding is to reduce the volume, to produce RDF, and to break down the material for downstream processing steps. Areas of application for this type of cutting system include cement plants, recycling, sorting and waste disposal companies, plant manufacturers, RDF power plant operators, operators of waste incineration plants, and biomass power plants.
With the ZR class, we have developed the most economical 2-shaft shredder with the lowest life-cycle costing (LCC) in its class. As a mobile version, it also offers maximum flexibility.
The robust and resilient machine construction of the ZR class is designed for multi-shift continuous operation. The quick-change table system and the simple design guarantee high plant availability. The powerful, slow-running and ripping cutting system is enormously resistant to impurities and ensures perfect material preparation for sorting plants.
