Why opt for an UNTHA shredder?

Secure Recycling’s partnership with UNTHA America began in 2020 with the acquisition of the four-shaft RS100 shredder. While the RS100 provided a strong foundation for shredding operations, the company expanded its capabilities in 2022 with the addition of the ZR2400W, followed by the XR3000C Mobil-e.

The ZR2400W functions as a preshredder, feeding material into the RS100 at a more uniform size, which improves processing efficiency, reduces power consumption, and allows Secure Recycling to handle larger and heavier materials, such as printers and stadium-sized LED panels. Additionally, it boosted the company’s throughput capacity beyond what the RS100 could handle on its own.

The XR3000C Mobil-e fully replaced the RS100, delivering four times the throughput at just a quarter of the operating cost. Its robust design and advanced cutting technology enable it to handle unshreddable materials without sustaining damage – improving uptime and overall efficiency.

As a result, Secure Recycling has achieved its lowest record of plant downtime in the company’s history, thanks to the durability and reliability of UNTHA machinery.
